Description
The CT-S single-sheet paper bag machine is a high-efficiency, fully automatic paper bag machine independently developed and produced by our company in 2016. This machine adopts a servo system for top reinforced card taking, realizing adjustable top reinforced card paste positioning. The new "Half-blade" device ensures a trackless bag body. It is equipped with a PLC and Servo control system, reserving extensible intelligent ports for future system upgrades and remote services.
Sheet feeding → Creasing → Servo top reinforced card taking and pasting → Top folding (insert pasting) → Tube forming → Gusset forming → Bottom open and gluing → Bottom folding and closing → Compaction and output.
All these steps increase the bag making efficiency and reduce the setup time, saving a significant amount of labor cost for top reinforced card pasting, fulfilling modern automation and intelligent production requirements.
ZB1200CT-450S
Features a bottom card placement length range of 104mm to 444mm and a width range of 44mm to 174mm, matching the size range of paper bags it produces. Capable of producing most large paper bags available on the market. Head card size ranges from 90mm to 430mm (L) and 25mm to 50mm (W).
ZB1450CT-550S
Features a bottom card placement length range of 254mm to 544mm and a width range of 94mm to 244mm. Head card size ranges from 240mm to 530mm (L) and 25mm to 50mm (W). This model is primarily used for producing giant luxury and premium paper bags.
