Description
The RS series is a roll-fed fully automatic paper bag machine that uses roll paper as the raw material, combined with handle paper sheets and paper ropes, to produce paper bags with handles. The machine features a PLC and motion processor, a servo drive control system, and an intelligent touch operation interface. It boasts high production speed and efficiency, making it ideal for producing paper bags for food and clothing. The production process includes roll feeding, handle pasting, tube forming, cutting, bottom creasing, bottom gluing, bag bottom forming, and output.
The RS series machines come standard with a point humidification feature, addressing the issue of paper cracking during machine operation due to dryness. They can be connected to an external round rope handle machine and a flat rope handle machine simultaneously, significantly reducing investment costs and space requirements, providing dual functionality to meet diverse handle paper bag needs. Additionally, flexo printing module can be integrated into the production line to meet customers' custom printing requirements.
ZB360RS Model
The ZB360RS primarily produces large paper bags, with a finished bag length range of 200mm to 360mm and a gusset width range of 60mm to 210mm. This model is suitable for producing most commonly used paper bags, such as hand bags, supermarket shopping bags, takeout bags, and bags for shoes or clothing.
ZB260RS Model
The ZB260RS primarily produces medium to small paper bags, with a finished bag length range of 110mm to 260mm and a gusset width range of 50mm to 140mm. This model is mainly used for producing bags for single beverage cups and other similar items.
