Description
The ZB80S, ZB60S, and ZB30S Handbag bottom gluing machine (independent innovation) adopts servo motor drive and a PLC control system to achieve an automatic bottom cardboard inserting function. It meets the special requirements of boutique paper bag making.
The basic working flow of this machine is automatic feeding of the unclosed-bottom paper bag, bottom opening, bottom cardboard inserting, two times positioning, coating water base (or spray gluing), bottom closing, and compaction output of the paper bag.
With a servo system for bottom cardboard taking and bottom cardboard inserting, the bottom cardboard process is stable and highly precise. Using a gluing wheel to coat the water-based glue on the bag bottom (or spray gluing) ensures the glue is evenly coated on the full bottom, not only improving the bag quality but also increasing the profit for customers.
ZB30S Model
Efficiently and accurately performs bottom card placement and bottom sealing functions for small-sized paper bags.
ZB60S Model
Primarily designed for bottom cardboard inserting and bottom forming of normally sized paper bags in the market.
ZB80S Model
Undertakes the task of bottom card placement and bottom pasting for large-sized paper bags.
