Description
The ZB50S semi-automatic bottom gluing machine processes unfinished bottom paper bags through automatic conveying, bottom opening, continuous bottom cardboard insert, hot glue spraying, bottom pasting, and compression, resulting in sealed bottom paper bags. It features a touchscreen interface and is equipped with fiber optic control. With four guns and four pipes, each gun can independently control the amount and length of glue sprayed, and all four guns can operate simultaneously.

The ZB50S-1 differs from the ZB50S in that it replaces hot melt glue with water-based glue after bottom cardboard insert.
Both the ZB50S and ZB50S-1 are suitable for relatively thick paper, with a paper weight ranging from 190gsm to 350gsm. To avoid issues caused by overly thick paper, a bottom paper bag optical detection pre-folding module is installed between automatic conveying and bottom opening to ensure perfect bottom formation.
The layout of the ZB50S series semi-automatic bottom gluing machine is simple, featuring an integrated structure. It is equipped with paper feeding detection and counting functions at the front and back of the machine, allowing a single operator to start up and adjust the machine, reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency.
