Description
The S series single-sheet fully automatic paper bag machine (independently innovated) is used to produce eco-friendly shopping paper bags with round rope paper handles. This machine uses single sheets of paper as the feed material. The handle part is made from roll paper sheets and paper rope (round rope), which are used to make paper handles. Through servo conveying, servo cutting, and positioning, the handles are automatically pasted inside the bag's mouth, then the bag's top is automatically folded (pasted type), creased, formed into a tube, gusseted, bottom opened, glued, bottom sealed, and pressed into shape. The machine features a servo cutting head device that replaces mechanical structures, reducing setup time; the main and auxiliary machines are driven by separate servos, minimizing handle waste.
The ZB1450S-600 can mass-produce giant paper bags. The primary finished bag length range for this machine is 260mm-600mm, with a gusset width range of 100mm-250mm. It is designed to produce large shopping bags, meeting the needs of various shopping scenarios and carrying multiple items.
