Description
The S-S series paper bag machine, building on the original S series, has added a new feature to insert bottom cardboard in the production line. This upgraded machine series is suitable for producing high-end paper bags with twist paper rope handles. The insert bottom cardboard process is smooth, and the machine operates stably and efficiently, ensuring that the paper bags do not deviate during the forming process. This model can disable the bottom cardboard placement function based on the actual paper bag order requirements.
Key Operation Advantages:
From loading single sheets of paper to forming the final paper bags with bottom cardboard, the entire process is completed by the machine. The machine's PLC control system is user-friendly and straightforward, with a clear and intuitive LED display screen, allowing the operator to flexibly and conveniently control the switches at various points, thereby improving the speed and quality of completing paper bag orders.
The bottom cardboard placement length range for the ZB 1260S-450S is 214mm-444mm, with a width range of 64mm-174mm, matching the size range of paper bags this model can produce and enabling the production of most large paper bags available on the market.
The bottom cardboard placement length range for the ZB 1450S-550S is 254mm-544mm, with a width range of 94mm-244mm, aligning with the size requirements for mass-producing giant paper bags, fully meeting the needs for manufacturing such huge paper bags.
