Description
The CT-B series paper bag machine is a semi-automatic machine model developed independently by Zenbo, featuring single-sheet feed paper bag tube formation. This machine offers fast setup, high production efficiency, simple maintenance, and a long service life, making it a transformative device for paper bag factories transitioning from manual to machine-made bags.
This series of machines also comes standard with functions for two-piece top reinforced cards, top folding, and tube forming, significantly reducing quality issues such as uneven tube pasting and adhesive leakage during manual tube pasting processes. This reduces labor costs and minimizes defect rates.
The ZB1200CT-450B has a tube pasting length range of 190mm to 570mm and a width range of 50mm to 180mm, capable of performing functions such as tube forming for commonly seen large-sized paper bags in the market. The top reinforced card size ranges from 90mm to 430mm in length and 25mm to 50mm in width.
The ZB1450CT-550B has a tube pasting length range of 350mm to 730mm and a width range of 100mm to 250mm, also capable of performing functions such as tube forming for commonly seen huge-sized paper bags in the market. The top reinforced card size ranges from 240mm to 530mm in length and 25mm to 50mm in width.
