The primary difference lies in the gluing system: the ZB50S uses hot melt glue for bottom pasting, whereas the ZB50S-1 replaces hot melt glue with water-based glue after the bottom cardboard is inserted.
Both models are designed to handle relatively thick paper, with a compatible sheet weight ranging from 190gsm to 350gsm.
To guarantee perfect bottom formation on thick paper, an optical detection pre-folding module is installed between the automatic conveying and bottom opening stages.
